Job Responsibilities:
1. Contact and arrange customer shipments according to the customer power of attorney provided by sales/customer service
2. Arrange booking according to the requirements of the ship card
3. Arrange the customer to make a box declaration plan and notify the fleet and customs broker
4. Document production: bill of lading production/AMS.ACI sending/ISF sending
5. Preparation and sending of expense bills
6. Issue the delivery bill of lading to the customer after confirming the payment
7. Maintain timely operational information communication with customers/sales/business windows
8. Complete the operation work according to the system requirements
9. Communicate with superiors in time for problems encountered in operation so that superiors can implement countermeasures
10. Complete other related tasks assigned by superiors
job requirements:
1. College degree or above, CET-4;
2. Have more than 2 years of work experience in the US-Canada line or the European ground line, familiar with various forms of export operation procedures, including designated goods/self-acquisition, able to independently complete operations, one ticket to the end, and able to deal with emergencies in a timely and rapid manner;
3. Positive working attitude, good conduct, careful and conscientious, well-organized, strong sense of responsibility, certain ability to resist pressure and strong communication and coordination skills, and have a good sense of customer maintenance, high work stability, good at learning new Things, willing to develop together with the company.
